This is situated 5kms from Bicholim and 25kms from the capital city Panaji. This lake is surrounded by green hills and is an ideal picnic spot, which attracts lot of tourists.

Pedal boats are available for a romantic excursion in the lake.

This is located on the high hills bordering Karnataka State. Dudh sagar or milky falls, is well worth a visit for its scenic splendour is lovely to look at. The down pour of the milky water is a gorgeous sight.

Margao is the nearest railway station and one can see the beautiful sight while travelling by rail on the Londa-Vasco section of Pune-Bangalore-Vasco rail route.

It attracts large tourists due to its unique location of palmy surrounding and a majestic waterfall shedding its exuberant silvery showers. This is about 30kms from Panaji and transportation is available easily.

This temple is located in a village called Surla locally known as Tambdi(red) Surla. Ponda, the nearest town, is located at a distance of 23kms to the south-west of Surla.

The ancient temple is dedicted to Mahadeva and is situated in the midst of dense forests.

The temple is the only specimen of temple architecture of Kadamba period in the district, and is well preserved. The temple is built entirely of stone masonry having monolithic pillars which depict the styple more or less Hemadpanti i.e. mixed Hoysala-Yadava style.

Shivratra is celebrated at the temple. Goa tourism arranges a Dudhsagar Special which covers this temple and dudhsagar waterfalls.
